Abe Degnan, Vice President

Abe is the designer and manages day-to-day operations of Degnan Design Builders.  He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, School of Architecture and Urban Planning.  He has earned his Certified Graduate Remodelor™ (CGR), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation through the NAHB.

Abe enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa, and sons Zachery and Dylan.  They are avid walkers and bikers, and Abe particularly enjoys snow skiing, wave runners, waterskiing and wakeboarding.  He volunteers as a 7-8 grade Sunday School teacher at Lord of Love Lutheran Church.  Abe is serving his third term on the DeForest Village Board, serving over the years in Planning & Zoning, the Board of Zoning Appeals, Fire Board, and Finance & Administrative committees.

Abe continues his education through the builders association as well.  He serves on the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) Board of Directors, the Green Built Home steering committee, and as the Education Chair of the WBA Remodelors.
